Finally there has been an Advanced Settings mod released for the latest iPhone and iPod Touch on firmwares 3.1.2.

This advance mod unlocks tons of secret features in the Settings application such as Emoji, reflective dock plus many more.

Overview
Well I have an another hack/mod for you people.

All I can say right now is that this mod will try to “unlock” hidden settings that your iPod can currently do. Sorta like supreme preferences. What’s better about this one is that it’s not buggy, just like my MV2I mod, and it integrates better with the Settings app. The only thing is that you will need Winterboard or I can make a permanent version (without winterboard).

New Features:
Power Management (Includes Auto-Dim, Custom Brightness, Numeric Battery, Disable Sleep Mode and Auto-Lock)
More Double-Tap Options
Reflective Dock
Emoji

Requirements
iPod touch 1G, 2G, 3G with 3.1.2 Firmware
Winterboard

Install:

Use TotalCommander to move the .deb file to the /tmp folder on your device.

Open up MobileTerminal (download it from Cydia if you haven’t got it).

Type in the following code dpkg -i /tmp/apref.deb

Open Winterboard and select the Advanced Settings to activate it.

Click to download: Advanced Preferences 3.1.2 (173)
