BlogDesk is simple, yet elegant. Light, yet feature packed. I’m extremely enjoying writing inside this program. It is built for WordPress, Movable Type, Drupal, Serendipity, and ExpressionEngine.
As stated, it isn’t pretty. But it works, and considering what setup I have, I really shouldn’t be looking for pretty-ness. Memory usage so far caps out at about 20 mB’s, half of Windows Live, a quarter of Qumana. It does what it is meant to do – blog offline and conveniently.
There we go. Very clean. Very useful. Everything that is often used is in the top bar. Everything else is conveniently out of the way.
