Looks like Apple have already started producing the iOS 4.0 packages for the iPhone 3GS 8GB. The firmware is going to be released later today.

We already know how the iPhone 4 pre-ordering was a fiasco because Apple didn’t nearly have enough iPhone 4′s for the demand. The Dev Team have been doing some investigating and it seems that iOS 4.0 still has the exploit used to unlock iPhones on OS 3.1.3 and below and even better yet, the iPhone 4 probably still has that exploit too meaning it probably will be unlockable. I want this game so much! If this ever comes on the market, I’m going to be the first one to get this! This game uses a drone with a video camera on it which is controlled with your iPhone. The bad news that was told when iOS 4.0 was being announced during the WWDC 2010 conference was that Apple were discontinueing to issue firmware updates for iPhone 2G and iPod Touch 1st generation users. This means they would be stuck on OS 3.1.3 and never get to enjoy the iOS 4.0 goodness. However, hacking to the rescue!
