One of the feature lacking in the SMS application on the iPhone is a little notifier showing you how many characters you have left before you SMS goes over 140 characters and therefore the message is split into two SMS and you have to pay more. Doodlejump is my new favorite game. I would describe it as a revamped, much improved and much more addicting version of PapiJump [Buy it]. It has the same basic concept of trying to get as high as possible but there are many extras such as enemies, jet packs, springy boots and black holes.

I think it’s full name of Doodle Jump – BE WARNED: Insanely Addictive! [Buy it] suits it perfectly.

Boost 3D [iTunes] is a potential replacement for the iCopter [iTunes] & CubeRunner [iTunes] games for the iPhone and iPod Touch. It has the same basic idea of going through a course for as long as possible but it does it in a much more aesthetically pleasing way.

The Boost 3D game is played in a galactical 3D tunnel which you fly through. You have to roll through it avoiding different obstacles and try to last as long as possible. Read the rest of this entry »

I was first introduce to Ravensword via a friend who was pretty much obsessed with it. He strongly recommended me to get it so I did and I was hooked too. It is also my first experience with RPGs on the iPhone. Up until now I have been mostly been playing shorter, pickupandgo games like iCopter and Bike or Die but now I feel like I’ve been missing out because Ravensword is quite simply awesome.
