No More New Apple Products This Year

Apple’s Phil Schiller has announced to Gizmodo that Apple have completed their holiday releasing and will no be releasing any new products (including the iTablet).

This means that all the rumors about the iTablet (tablet computer), iPod Touch with camera and all the others will nto be proven to be correct or incorrect during this year. We have to wait until next.

NY Times Editors Admits iTablet is Coming!

One of the executive editors of the NY Times newspaper has pretty much admitted that Apple are going to be releasing a large iPod Touch or more likely to be name as a tablet computer – iTablet.

Since it has been confirmed, the only questions that remain are what’s it going to be like and when it’s coming out.

It’s no secret that newspapers in the U.S. are having their share of difficulties during this economic downturn, but New York Times Executive Editor Bill Keller is looking to the future and that future includes an Apple tablet.
Keller’s remarks came during a presentation earlier this month to the digital staff at The New York Times. Video of the “off-the-record” meeting was obtained by the Nieman Journalism Lab and posted on its site. At the meeting, Keller addressed some of the things the newspaper needs to do to succeed, including preparing for platforms of the future.
“We need to figure out the right journalistic product to deliver to mobile platforms and devices,” said Keller. “I’m hoping we can get the newsroom more actively involved in the challenge of delivering our best journalism in the form of Times Reader, iPhone apps, WAP, or the impending Apple slate, or whatever comes after that.”
It’s not clear whether Keller has inside knowledge of an Apple tablet or if he was just assuming the existence of the device based on the rumors and speculation that have been around for months.
However, Keller could know more than the average person. Apple has reportedly been talking to several high-profile media companies, negotiating to get its content ready for a new device the company is preparing to launch, according to Gizmodo.
Attracting companies like The New York Times could be a win-win for both companies–Apple would have reputable content for its device and companies like The New York Times would have a new revenue source for its business.

Apple Store Broken Into! Caught on Tape!

We all know that Apple products and both expensive and popular. They are infact the ideal items for criminals to steal because they are worth so much. Well, an Apple Store in Marlton New Jersey was broken into by skilled criminals stealing tons of MacBooks and iPods. What’s even more crazy is that it was caught on tape!

It only took them 31 seconds to steal no less than 23 MacBook Pro, 14 iPhones and 9 iPod Touch.

Apple Tablet Photos Leaked!

NoWhereElse, a french technology website, have manged to obtain some leaked photos supposedly of the Apple Tablet. This is the second leaked photos of some Apple product in 2 days, maybe Apple need to step up their security Or not for the sake of us technology lovers.

The Tablet PC looks alot like the iPod Touch plus it has the home button like the iPod Touch. The Tablet PC was also rumored to have a iSight camera but from the screenshots, there doesn’t appear to be one.

Apple Introduces Mac Book Wheel

Apple has just introduced MacBook Wheel. Say goodbye to the keyboard and say hello to the new MacBook Wheel. The MacBook Wheel is the new replacement for the keyboard it looks like Clickwheel in the iPod for scrolling up and down but just bigger. According to Apple the Mac Book Wheel will be released after 13 to 15 months.
