We’ve managed to get our hands on some Google Plus (Google+) invitations, and wanted to give them out to some of our lucky readers. For those who haven’t heard of Google+, it’s Google latest venture and is a social network. It is current invite only.
Google+ is based on the idea of circles, that things you share on the Internet aren’t necessarily meant for every one of your contacts. For example, you wouldn’t necessarily share things with you family members, but that you would share with your friends. The default circles are ‘friends’, ‘family, ‘acquaintances’ and ‘followers’ plus you can create your own extra ones. You place each of your contacts in the respective circles, and then each time you share something on your profile, you get to decided which of these circles gets to see what you’re sharing.
As I said early, Google+ is currently invite only, but once you have an account, you have the power to send out invitations to whoever you wish.
