Apple have claimed that they have changed their App Approval methods and this is proven by a C64 emulator being released onto the AppStore. The app, which was declined up until now by Apple, is 100% legal and licensed.
This is not the first emulator to be released onto the AppStore however the other one was done without Apple knowing. Check out the Sega Genesis emulator here.
The app sells for $4.99 [iTunes Link] and has 5 old games already included in the download.
