by admin on Jul.16, 2009, under iPod Touch/ iPhone Releases
The Dev Team have released version 0.9 of their iPhone unlocker Ultrasn0w clearly to spite GeoHot for his Purplesn0w unlock that he released a few days. GeoHot claimed this unlock was much for cleaner and small than the Dev Team’s version and the Dev Team have announced that there new version is ‘nearly 7000 times smaller than it’s nearest competition (Purplesn0w)’ and they say that GeoHot should ‘ stop dicking around and look at the bootrom instead kthx. =P’. It seems like a real war has started betweeen the two! (continue reading…)

by admin on Jul.16, 2009, under iPod Touch/ iPhone Guides
Since the beginning I have never used SSH because originally I could never get it to work. So I search and searched around for an equivalent and I found one that it not really known by a lot of people. I think everyone should use it because it is more reliable that SSH because simply, it uses USB cable rather than over the air. Plus it has worked with every firmware I have been on from 1.1.1 to 3.0. It’s called Total Commander. (continue reading…)

My Top 5 iPhone/iPod Touch Games on AppStore
by admin on Jul.13, 2009, under AppStore News
To celebrate Apple’s AppStore turning 1 year old a few days ago, I have decided to share with you guys my top 5 apps on the AppStore. Out of the 56,000 applications that have been released, these are the 5 that stuck out the most to me.
When I ever I lend my iPhone to my friends, it is almost always this app or iCoptor (which doesn’t make my top 5) which they go for first. This is a game where you need to guide a little silver ball through a maze without falling through holes until you get to the finish using your iPhone/iPod Touch’s accelerometer.
This game was inspired from a real-life game called the same name where it was the exact same concept but you guided the ball using two knobs which you spun to tilt the platform to move the ball.
This app has both a Lite version and a proper version which costs $2.99. (continue reading…)
